Today we made the most amazon banana muffins from Pinterest. They're called Banana Kiss Muffins. Amazing!

We tried out The Sample Room for dinner tonight with Grammie Chris an rode bikes in the nice weather.

We've been able to do a lot of fun stuff with friends to start of this month. Tyler and Jill met up with us for a walk and the kids ended up jumping in some nice lady's leaves that she had raked. We went on a story walk with Stella, Owen, and Amy at Murphy Hanerhan Park. It was soooo cold, but we still made it fun.

We spent the entire morning picking up walnuts in our yard, putting up the deck railings, and now Remy is in deep concentration mode with his craft project.

Remy loves his one-on-one time with me. We stopped at the park after we dropped Stella off at school.

We started our morning off with cartoons and warm milk an honey (I guess my flash was too bright for their eyes!) and now we are exploring at The Children's Museum.

Mid-September

We had a blast spending our Sunday up in Taylors Falls at Wold Mountain. The kids loved the go-karts...Stella was a speed demon and Remy's feet just barely reached the pedals. (I didn't get a picture of him because I was too worried to take my eyes off of him!) We have been enjoying riding bikes, eating ice cream treats, and Remy discovered how cool the air compressor is:)

September

We are off to a great start this month-state fair, Iron man WI, WI Dells, and of course, one of our favorite things to do is just play, play, play at home! Remy decided to be goofy and wash his hair with his watering can and he's always trying to gulp my tea down faster than I can. Stella started preschool three days a week and it's a hit! If you thought she talked a lot before...you should hear her after I pick her up! It's non-stop!

End of August

Amy an I stopped at Edelweiss Bakery for a donut and then walked it off on the way to Lakefront Park. The kids pretended they were on a nature hike and found tons of acorns.

At Grace's birthday party, Stella, Remy, Sophia, and Scarlett made mud soup.

We've been pretty busy on the weekends with our photo booth and while Mark was gone, we had a popcorn/movie night.

Stella was wiggling (dancing) in her car seat on the way to Kendall's birthday party. Lately she's been requesting to listen to music that we love! Here, she's rocking out to Electric Guest and she loves and can sing along to my oh-so-fav Romantica.

Here's a few pics of what we've been doing lately. We picnicked at lake cleary after taking a bike ride, had Owen and Kendall over to play while their parents closed on their new house, made a stop at Lego Land at the Mall of America, and played cowboys with what used to be Uncle Chase's cowboy hat.

Wow, where did July go? Here's a few photos showing what we've been up to. It's been a lot of the usual...swimming lessons, arts and crafts, and playing indoors because it's way too hot outside unless you're submerged in water.
